For the purpose of evaluating students' leaning and technology skills I developed a NETS-S (ISTE) Checklist. This evaluates skills such as these:

• Creative Innovation

• Communication & Collaboration

• Research & Information Fluency

• Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, & Decision Making

• Digital Citizenship

• Technology Operations & Concepts

These skills are evaluated on a scale of "no mastery" to "mastery."
